Ice Machines
Ice machines
commonly come in two types:
Cubers:
Ice is formed
into cubes and dropped in the storage bin.
Hoshizaki’s evaporator is stainless steel.
Enid’s water is one of the harshest in the state
to evaporators. If your ice machine has nickel
or nickel plating it sometimes causes it to peel
off. This does not occur with Hoshizaki’s.
